The Edmond watches for men are endowed with an exclusive innovation: the Lock-ED concept. This Lock-Ed concept is a modern system of control and protection of the crown. This one allows to pull or to push the winder without intervening directly on the crown of the watch but by acting on the lever which allows to index the crown at different positions of adjustment.
The Lock-Ed concept facilitates adjustment of these hi-tech watches in contrast to systems settings found on most watches. To insure the setting of our automatic men watches men it is possible to stop or restart the second hand exactly on a dial graduation (Stop second).The winding of the watch, if necessary, is made by the crown. Just unlock the crown without pulling it to setting positions.
This system also increases the water resistance of those men watches: The crown of the watch involves 2 O ring gaskets, which assures water resistance (including when it's pulled), but also an additional flat gasket which is compressed when the system is locked. Furthermore in water, the external pressure increases the pressure on the flat gasket and thus its resistance to the slightest infiltration. So endowed, our diving watches are protected from water entry by the winder, and offer an incomparable user-friendliness.
